The place I always choose for my stay has everything I need. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a restaurant, a swimming pool, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator. I remember when the staff helped me with a phone charger. Coming back for New Year!

The location of this hotel is convenient, but that's about the only advantage. the rooms are shabby and some are outdated, with old bathrooms and mold. the service from the reception staff is often unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. Breakfast is meager and not a good value. the atmosphere is lacking character and soul. Don't expect a welcoming ambiance here.

Great Value Stay in Convenient Location. We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this hotel. The price was very reasonable for what we received in terms of amenities and location. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the free breakfast that was offered. We also loved that it was located near a convenience store and several great food options, which made it easy to grab a meal or a snack whenever we needed it. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Limited Transportation Options. While we enjoyed our stay overall, we did find that the transportation options to and from the hotel were somewhat limited.

Convenient overnight stop, perfect for a short stop between locations. Location next to the highway makes it easily accessible. Clean and tidy rooms. Staff at the service desk were friendly and helpful, especially the man who spoke excellent English and helped us with our transportation needs. Despite some drawbacks, the value for money was great. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, as I had a private pool access from my balcony which made my experience even more pleasurable. Furthermore, this hotel is very clean as the rooms are well maintained and looked after. Also, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay even better. In addition, there is great transportation that can be arranged by the hotel, which made travelling around this city a breeze.

Reasonably priced restaurant with good food. Modern lobby in the new building. Kind and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed and satisfactory room. Convenient location near the highway. Effort from the kitchen in preparing meals.

The O Valley Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations in several areas. its location is incredibly convenient for travelers flying in or out of Surat Thani. It is pretty near the airport, making it a breeze to catch a flight. the hotel offers a reliable and hassle-free service to order a taxi, ensuring that guests can easily reach their desired destinations, such as the bus terminal.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great, and there were no noteworthy improvements needed.

The breakfast buffet was decent and the hotel room was quite modern and clean. the hotel was also conveniently located near a gas station, shops and food stalls which was useful.

The value for money was exceptional, paying only 35€ for 2 rooms and 4 people was a steal. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with fresher and more appetizing options.
